Columbus Public Health Farmers Market
Many chronic health conditions – including diabetes, overweight and obesity – are related to poor nutrition. Columbus Public Health holds three farmers markets each year in an effort to bring healthier food to Columbus neighborhoods.
Mapping Food Access Project -- Franklin County, OHProject identifies geographic areas of food “imbalance.” Is there a balance between the distance residents have to travel to get to the nearest major grocery store vs. the nearest fast food restaurant? Learn more about this project.
