- Multi-Unit Dwellings Rebate Program: The Smart Columbus Electrification Program (SCEP) has launched a rebate program to provide partial funding for new and existing multi-unit dwelling (MUD) developments in the Greater Columbus region to install electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities. The final deadline for developers to apply is Wednesday, November 22.
