**Do You Need Shelter?
For those seeking shelter in Franklin County, there is a
Homeless Hotline for single adults and families (adults with children). You must call 614-274-7000 to be assigned a
bed. The hotline is available 24/7.
If you are seeking shelter from an abusive intimate partner
relationship in Franklin County, call the LSS CHOICES 24-hour crisis hotline at
614-224-4663 (HOME). You can only be admitted to the shelter by calling this
number.

The PEER Center is currently closed for in-person support.
However, the Warmline for non-crisis peer support, has been expanded to 18
hours a day. The Warmline is staffed by individuals in long-term mental health,

Violence text line
Victims can reach the City Attorney’s Domestic Violence & Stalking Unit by sending a text message to 614-653-8075 and providing domestic violence advocates with their name, a safe time to communicate, and an email or phone number where they can be reached. For their protection, victims are encouraged to delete their own message after it is sent. The City Attorney’s domestic violence advocates will contact the victim at the designated time to discuss safety planning for them and their family.
