Fetal-Infant Mortality Review
Franklin County Fetal-Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) is part of a community-wide effort to decrease fetal and infant mortality in Franklin County.
By reviewing fetal and infant deaths and by listening to the unique stories of those who have lost a child, we learn about our community’s strengths and its needs. And as a community, we try to answer the questions: “Why are babies dying?" and "What can we do about it?”
