  • Paid Family Leave - Upon being sworn in; 12 weeks of Paid leave at 100% of the employee’s regular rate of pay to be used for the following reasons: for the birth of a child, placement of a child for adoption or foster care, and/or family caregiving.
  • Additional Benefits - Such as longevity pay, uniforms and equipment provided at no cost, and uniform maintenance allowance.
