In order to use our E-File/E-Pay system, you first must have a tax account established on our system. If you do not already have a city tax account established with us, you may complete on-line the IT-47 questionnaire. After your city tax account has been established, you may visit our Payment Portal and click "Register" to set up your user name and password.
Please note: At this time our E-File/E-Pay application does not offer electronic filing of annual returns for businesses. Currently, individual and business accounts are able to electronically file and pay their declaration of estimated taxes and requests for extension.
