After-Hours Inspection Request Form

 

 As of July 29th 2019, this form is to be used to request after-hours inspections only. To schedule a regular inspection, please click the link below.

 Schedule an Inspection

 After-Hours requests must be received prior to 2:30 p.m. the business day of the inspection. Requests for inspections on non business days should be submitted prior to 2:30 p.m. the previous business day. Requests received after this time will not be scheduled due to the short notice. After-hours cancellations must be received by 3:00 p.m. in order to avoid being charged for the inspection. For inspections scheduled for non-business days, the cancellation request must be received by 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the date of the inspection. Scheduled and cancelled inspections can be reviewed anytime through our Citizen Access Portal.

Specific Instructions
 
Inspectors are not required to enter any area which will, in the opinion of the inspector, likely be dangerous to the inspector. This includes, but not limited to: the under-floor crawlspaces, attics or any areas that are not readily accessible.  Inspectors will not inspect any structure that to their knowledge is not in compliance with local, state, and federal safety and health laws and OSHA regulations.
