The City is under orders from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows. Blueprint Columbus is a new initiative to meet the requirements of those orders. Homes in the North Linden 1 project area are connected to a city sanitary sewer that contributes to those overflows. Linden Project Area Maps
Linden is comprised of three project areas: North Linden 1, North Linden 2, and South Linden.
North Linden 1 is the first project area to begin Blueprint implementation. North Linden 1 Project Area Green Infrastructure Descriptions:
Parking Studies View the completed parking analysis and survey of actual parking utilization for the entire project area. The analysis involved counting homes in the area and determining parking needs based on those counts. The project area was broken down by individual blocks on each side of the street in order to match available parking to the area’s residents and their vehicles.
