Blueprint Clintonville 3: Lining Project The goal of this project is to reduce the amount of inflow and infiltration of non-sewerage waters to the sanitary sewer system reducing basement backups and sewerage overflows to area streams and rivers. The project includes over 11,000 linear feet of 8-inch to 24-inch diameter sewers and 40 manholes.
