Council Announces 2017 Budget Amendments

Council President
Zach Klein, President Pro Tem and Finance Committee Chair Priscilla Tyson and
members of Council will announce amendments to the City of Columbus 2017
operating budget.
Council
will continue to provide community engagement opportunities to prioritize City
funding for 2017. Strong fiscal management and oversight resulted in over $3.2
million in available resources, which Council will direct toward neighborhood
services.
A
public hearing on the budget will be held on Tuesday, January 31, at 5pm in
City Council Chambers, 90 West Broad Street, to discuss the proposed budget
amendments.
