Councilmember Jaiza Page Announces Capital FocUS Group
In
an effort to connect individuals to local government, Councilmember Jaiza
Page is convening a focus group of 10 Columbus residents to hear how
residents want to improve the Capital City.
Councilmember
Page is a dedicated public servant who values feedback and wants to hear
first-hand what the community believes will help raise the quality of life
for Columbus residents. The brainstorming session(s) will give Page
several ideas to determine a budget amendment priority and initiative.
As
Chair of the Housing, Zoning and Recreation and Parks Committees, Page is working
to introduce policies, legislation and programs that support revitalization,
stabilization and preservation of all neighborhoods.
Any
resident interested in joining Capital FocUS should send their resume
and a brief statement, no more than 250 words, on “How Columbus Can Raise the
Standard” to Ralonda Hampton at [email protected] or Sherry Martin at [email protected].
Submissions can also
