Description:
Meant for supervisors with more than three years of experience, this series provides new approaches and solutions to recurring challenges. Participants will also explore practical ways to engage employees, improve communication and build trust. Competency: Leadership and Developing Others Participants must attend all six sessions in sequence for successful completion of the series. (Participants may take these courses as stand-alone courses.)
