Shannon G. Hardin, chair of the Small and Minority Business
Development Committee, is convening a hearing on Capital Crossroads’
proposal to create a Special Improvement District (SID) focusing on transit.
The SID aims to alleviate parking problems in downtown Columbus and increase
public transportation usage.
All
interested citizens are invited to offer public testimony. Comments are limited
to three minutes. Individuals wishing to offer testimony must fill out a
speaker slip the day of the hearing at Columbus City Hall.
