Public Service Offices Have Moved Effective March 26, 2018
In an effort to better serve the public, the Department of Public Service administrative offices and Right of Way Permit Counter moved to the new Michael B. Coleman Government Center, 111 N. Front St., effective March 26, 2018.
You may still apply for Right of Way and other permits through the Citizens Access Portal at
https://ca.columbus.gov/ca/ The newly completed Michael B. Coleman Government Center includes a street-level concourse to better serve our customers. The “one-stop shop” consolidates four City departments: Building & Zone Services, Public Service, Development and a portion of Public Utilities. The central location will create operational efficiency for the City and streamlined conveniences for residents requiring assistance from multiple departments in one visit.
Free parking for those conducting business with the city will be available on the first and second floors of the garage just north of the building, 141 N. Front St.
