What is a typical day like for you?
Every day, I check on matters that
are referred to me via the 3-1-1 complaint system. This could include reports
of potholes in a street, it could include dealing with graffiti on pretty much anything,
this could include checking on the condition of alleys.
I also write work orders on matters
for street maintenance crews to follow up on.
How did you apply for your job? What was the
process?
I took a civil-service investigator test. I scored high enough on that test to advance
to an interview and was fortunate to receive the position
