What:
The
Commission on Black Girls is convening the first public meeting to study and assess factors
that impact the quality of life for black girls in Columbus. Additionally, the
Commission will develop and implement recommendations that ensure the girls’
successful futures and achievement of a high quality of life.
All
interested citizens are invited to offer public testimony. Anyone wishing to
address City Council on this matter must fill out a speaker slip at City Hall
before 4pm on the day of the hearing.
