President Pro Tem Stinziano to Host 150th Community Hours Meeting on September 15th

This Saturday, September 15, marks the 150th Community
Hours meeting held by President Pro Tem Michael Stinziano while serving on City
Council.
Many
of the policy initiatives President Pro Tem Stinziano has worked on during his
time on Council and at the Statehouse have come from engaging with residents at
Community Hours meetings.
President
Pro Tem Stinziano hosts these weekly meetings across the City to listen to
issues and concerns of Columbus residents.
Previously,
as State Representative, Stinziano held over 250 Community Hours meetings
across his district.
“Significant
issues confront our diverse City every day. Hearing, firsthand, from residents
about what concerns them is always a priority,” said Stinziano. “Over the
years, I have learned that the best way to figure out what people want and need
is to speak with them directly, and through Community Hours, I am able to do
just that.”
Community Hours offer citizens the opportunity
to tell President Pro Tem Stinziano what is important to them and how he and
City Council can help. All members of the Columbus community are encouraged to
attend.
