NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Columbus, Ohio will hold a public hearing pursuant to Resolution No. 0052X-2024 at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024 at the offices of the City’s Department of Development: 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the expansion of the Marble Cliff Quarry New Community District for approximately 5 acres of property north of Dublin Road and southwest of the Quarry Trails Metro Park pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349 and the written consent to add property to the NCA filed with the Clerk of City Council on March 13, 2024 and available with the Clerk for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
