Celebrate1 Sidewalks - Hamilton Ave and Briarwood Ave
DESCRIPTION
AND BENEFITS:
This project scope consists of constructing
sidewalks along the east side of Hamilton Avenue from Briarwood Avenue to
Linden Park Drive and along the north side of Briarwood Avenue from Hamilton
Avenue to Linden Park Drive. Improvements on Hamilton Avenue will also include
the installation of a parallel parking lane along the east side of Hamilton
Avenue. Installation of the sidewalk will include curb ramps where necessary.
SCHEDULE:
Design: Spring 2019 – Early 2020
Construction: Started Construction March 2021,
subject to funding approval by City Council and weather conditions
ESTIMATED COSTS:
Design: $75,000.00
Construction: $380,000.00
