Jefferson Ave at Long Street - Signal Upgrade

DESCRIPTION AND BENEFITS:

This project will provide replace the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Long Street at Jefferson Avenue with a new decorative mast arm traffic signal.  The intersection will be upgraded to full ADA compliance.  This project is part of Signals – General Engineering 2018 Contract.

ESTIMATED SCHEDULE:

Design: Spring 2019 – Fall 2019

Right-of-way acquisition: none anticipated

Construction: Fall 2020 – Early 2021, subject to funding approval by City Council and weather conditions

ESTIMATED COSTS:

Design: $120,000 
Construction: $385,000
