Dividend Drive - Roadway Improvement Project
DESCRIPTION
AND BENEFITS:
This project consists of reconstruction
of Dividend Drive and Equity Drive. Dividend Drive will be reconstructed from
Equity Drive to Diplomacy Drive. Equity Drive will be reconstructed from
O'Brien Road to the railroad track. This project will ensure that industrial
concrete streets in the Westbelt Industrial Park receive the appropriate
maintenance necessary to extend the pavement life, improve safety, and meet
motorist expectations.

SCHEDULE:
Design: Early 2019 – Summer 2021
Right-of-way acquisition: None anticipated
Construction: Fall 2022 – Early 2023, subject
to funding approval by City Council and weather conditions
ESTIMATED COSTS:
Design: $220,000
Right-of-way acquisition: None anticipated
Construction: $3.1 Million
