What:
Councilmember Shayla Favor, chair of the Housing Committee, is hosting a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, September 30 at 5:00pm to address the proposed creations of the Far South, North East and 161 Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA).
City representatives will be on hand to answer questions and/or concerns. Public Testimony will be accepted. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.
Any resident seeking to submit testimony in favor of or in opposition to an ordinance is strongly advised to submit their testimony to Councilmember Favor’s office. Written testimony must be received by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Testimony should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line, “Testimony for 9/30 CRA Hearing”.
Testimony can also be mailed to Councilmember Favor at 90 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215.
The hearing will be live-streamed on CTV, the City’s YouTube channel and Facebook.
