Large capital improvement projects (CIPs) currently underway in support of Blueprint in the Clintonville area.
Blueprint Clintonville 1 – Roof Redirection – Blenhemim/Glencoe Phase 2
Roof drains will be redirected away from house foundations to the curb or other suitable outlet from 493 homes in the project area to reduce stormwater from entering the sanitary sewer system. Construction is to begin in first quarter of 2021 and be complete by first quarter, 2022. Area residents will receive written notification prior to the work. The affected area is bounded by Acton Road, Granden Road and Indianola Avenue, Glencoe Road and High Street.

This project will rehabilitate sanitary sewer service laterals, reducing the stormwater entering the sanitary sewer system through leaky joints and cracks in lateral pipes. Construction is expected to begin in first quarter of 2020 and complete by June, 2022.

Blueprint Clintonville: Cooke/Glenmont Area – Lateral Lining and Downspout Redirection Projects
This project will rehabilitate sanitary sewer service laterals in the project area via “trenchless” methods using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology and redirect existing downspouts away from residential structures to better facilitate property drainage. Construction is expected to begin early 2019.
