Councilmember Emmanuel Remy will host a town hall to discuss the COVID-19 vaccination process for Immigrant and Refugee residents of Columbus. Residents will hear from Health Commissioner Dr. Mysheika Roberts about how the City is working together to support residents during the vaccine roll-out. Topics to be discussed include supporting the vaccination process, accessibility and dispelling myths.
All residents are invited to attend and actively participate. Send questions to [email protected] by noon on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. There are also limited opportunities to ask questions during the event through Facebook Live.
The hearing will be live-streamed on Facebook at www.facebook.com/ColsCouncil or on the City's YouTube channel www.youtube.com/user/cityofcolumbus. The video will also be posted on the City of Columbus YouTube channel following the event.
