WHO:
Members of the Citizens' Commission on Elected Official Compensation
WHEN:
Wednesday, April 6, 2022
5:30p
WHERE:
City Hall
Conference Room 225
WHAT:
Last convened in 2018, the Citizens’ Commission on Elected Official Compensation reviews and recommends the salary for each elective officer of the city, increasing citizen engagement and accountability in the process of setting future pay rates for elected officials in Columbus. This process is mandated by the City Charter to occur every four years.
The Commission is nearing the end of its assigned work, and this meeting is the final opportunity for public input to the Commission on the process. Following the issuance of a final report, the next step will be consideration by City Council at a future meeting.
Residents wishing to attend meetings or hearings in person may do so in Conference Room 225 within City Hall. Please also consider watching virtually either through Facebook or YouTube.
