Council President Hardin and Mayor Ginther to Host Hearing on Local Use of Federal CARES, ERA and ARPA Grants

As the City of Columbus prepares to make decisions on local priorities for remaining American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds for 2023, 2024, and 2025, Council President Shannon Hardin will join Mayor Andrew Ginther for two public hearings on the City's use of Federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES), ARP, and Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) grants.
The Departments of Finance & Management, Development, and Technology will give presentations on how funds have been used over the past three years. Local nonprofits will testify on their use of funds to serve local families and businesses.
