The project scope
consists of the replacement of traffic signals at the intersection of Rich St.
with 3rd St., 4th St., 5th St., and Grant Ave.
This will include traffic signal improvements, sidewalk, curb, street lighting,
and incidental improvements such as drainage, traffic control, and maintenance
of traffic.
