WHAT:
As the City of Columbus nears the one year anniversary of the beginning of the Neighborhood Safety Camera program, Columbus City Councilmember Michelle M. Mills, chair of the Public Safety and Judiciary Committee, will hold a public hearing to update residents on the use of the cameras in a number of Columbus neighborhoods and to discuss the possible expansion into other areas of the community. The meeting will be broadcast live on CTV, Columbus’ government television channel 3 on local cable systems. Speaker slips will be accepted on the day of hearing till 5:30 and the general rules of speaking before Council will apply.
