WHAT:Council President Andrew J. Ginther will tour Star House and see how an agency battling homelessness in Columbus has outgrown its current facility. President Ginther is sponsoring legislation that will help Star House find a new location to provide 24-hour drop-in services for homeless teens and young adults.
