Mayor-elect Ginther Announces Transition Advisory Council Members
Columbus Mayor-elect Andrew J. Ginther today
announced the members of the Mayoral Transition Advisory Council. The
transition team represents a diverse group of neighborhood, faith-based, labor,
civic, public and private sector leaders who will help guide the new
administration in the first 100 days.
“I appreciate each member of the advisory council volunteering their
time and expertise to help inform key staffing and policy decisions,” said
Ginther. “Their counsel will help assure a successful transition and help align
priorities with the needs of Columbus
neighborhoods.”
The transition advisory council includes:

The transition council will
advise the new administration on potential organizational changes; assist in
the recruitment and retention of highly-qualified employees; help inform and
prioritize key policy decisions; and recommend a means to gain public input on
the mayor’s policy agenda.
