Budget Management

Budget Management Description:

To provide fiscal analyses in the preparation and monitoring of the annual operating budget so that city leaders have useful, accurate, and timely financial information from which to make informed decisions.  For additional details, the operating budget process outlines the complete budget lifecycle including preparation, implementation, and continuous fiscal monitoring.
