Regular meetings are held as needed - generally on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm, in the Public Hearing room located at 111 North Front St, 43215.  Free parking is available in the city parking garage located at 141 North Front St, 43215. Go to the specific month’s agenda for instructions how to join the meeting.  This should be done at least one day before the actual meeting. Meetings are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. You are encouraged to contact our office for meeting confirmation.

The Board of Review of General and Home Improvement Contractors is authorized and empowered to review all applicants who have made proper application for the department's license to engage in the business of a general or limited home improvement contractor or a demolition contractor registration. For those applicants who the board has found to meet all such qualifications, the board shall certify their names to the department for the issuance of the appropriate home improvement contractor's license or demolition contractor registration. The board shall also adjudicate matters pertaining to a department-issued home improvement general or limited licensed contractor, a department-registered general contractor, and/or a department-registered demolition contractor.

Applications:  Applications are due seven (7) days prior to meetings.
