What:
Councilmember Priscilla Tyson, chair of the Health and Human Services Committee will host a public hearing to review the state of homeless youth in Columbus. The hearing will provide an overview of the work of the Community Shelter Board and its various partners to coordinate access to housing and other support services.
Huckleberry House, the YMCA of Central Ohio, the Homeless Families Foundation, Kaleidoscope, the Community Housing Network and the Community Shelter Board are scheduled to present.
All interested citizens are invited to offer public testimony. Anyone wishing to address City Council on this matter must fill out a speaker slip at the site before 3:45pm on the day of the hearing.
