Council Holds Economic Development Fee Schedule Public Hearing

What:
Councilmember Shayla Favor is
hosting a public hearing to review the proposed Economic Development Division Fee
Schedule.
The
City of Columbus Department of Development is in the process of updating and/or
implementing a fee schedule for the following: Community Reinvestment Areas,
Tax Increment Financing and Land Redevelopment. The proposal includes updates
to the application, amendment and administrative fee schedule. The exhaustive
list of proposed changes will be provided at the hearing.
All
interested citizens are invited to offer public testimony. Anyone wishing to
address City Council on this matter must fill out a speaker slip between
8am-3pm on the day of the hearing at Columbus City Hall.
This hearing is available live stream on
the CTV website and
broadcast on Spectrum, Channel 1024; WOW, Channel 3 and AT&T
U-verse, Channel 99. The video will also be posted on the City of Columbus YouTube
channel following the event.
