The City of Columbus and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) announce a year-end meeting of Age-Friendly Columbus. Columbus City Councilmembers, members of the Age-Friendly Columbus Advisory Council and subcommittees and residents will meet for an overview of the preliminary survey responses and results. The accomplishments, milestones, and next steps will be discussed along with future focus groups, the releasing of the Age-Friendly Columbus Findings Report in January 2017 and the 2017 Strategic Planning schedule.

“In our first year, we have accomplished a lot together and I continue to appreciate the collaborative work involved with this important initiative,” said Councilmember Michael Stinziano, the Chair of the Age-Friendly Columbus Advisory Council. “We are committed to working with our older residents and look forward to the strategic planning process in our second year."
