Homeownership Development Program (HDP): Developer/Builder assistance to construct or rehabilitate homes in the city of Columbus.

Rental Housing Production and Preservation Program (RHPP): Developer/builder assistance for rehabilitation or new construction of affordable multi-family rental housing

Vacant Property Redevelopment Program (VPR): Developer/Builder assistance to redevelop residential homes and residential properties for sale as homeownership opportunities or short term lease purchase utilizing City and federal funding.

Lead Safe Columbus: With local and grant funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control, the mission of the Lead Safe Columbus Program is to generate lead-safe and healthy affordable housing and to prevent lead poisoning of children and adults in Columbus neighborhoods. 

Neighborhood Investment Districts & Community Reinvestment Areas/Residential Tax Incentives: Property tax abatement on increased valuation due to property improvements in the Neighborhood Investment Districts and Community Reinvestment Areas
