Grab a couple of friends and walk! That's right … walk! Pick a destination … a park, a mall, a movie theatre, a library … that's at least a mile away.
Instead of taking the bus or having Mom drop you off … hook up with your buddies and walk. With good friends and good conversation, you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll arrive at your destination.

While you're watching your favorite television show, lie on the floor and exercise! Do some full-body stretches, or sit-ups, or bicycles, or leg-lifts. You can make good use of your TV time while you're getting in shape.
