I try to find a way to exercise outside each day – it can be as simple as walking the dogs, hiking, or taking a brisk walk in between meetings. Plus, you never know what animals you will see!
Staying active helps me keep up my energy levels, remain positive, and reduce stress.

My favorite ways to exercise are gardening and walking our dogs. Being outside – the trees, the sounds, the sun – you can’t beat it.
Also – eat fruit! I’m an absolute fruit-aholic. Fresh fruit is a great way to satisfy your cravings for sweets, without eating junk.
