One key to fitness is finding physical activities that you enjoy doing.
If you don’t like to jog, you probably aren’t going to have much success training for a marathon. But if you like to garden, as I do, you might find you can spend countless joyful hours moving and burning calories outdoors.
I also make time for bike rides around my neighborhood, because I appreciate the benefits I get from them.
You have to find the activities that bring you pleasure, and incorporate them into your schedule.
Regarding nutrition, you have to plan ahead for busy days. It’s not always easy to find healthy options when you’re on the go, so be sure to keep a supply of healthy snacks that you can take with you and enjoy throughout the day.
Preparing healthy meals can be fun and rewarding, especially when you’re cooking for friends or family.
