Welcome to the exclusive "employee only" fitness center! Amenities, hours, and offerings are limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Location: 102 N. Front St. (inside the employee parking garage, near Cravings Cafe)
Center Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday (no weekends or holidays) 
Cost:  Free!
Full-Time Staffer at Center: Haley Guzman, CPT (her hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM)

How to Join

There are 4 steps ALL employees must take to get access to the center. They are as follows:

1) COVID-19 Waiver -  Fill Out Here

2) Ohio BWC Waiver - Fill Out Here

3) FSF Reopening Guidelines - Fill Out Here

4) Badge Access Form - Fill Out Here

Haley will then reach out to employees via email to confirm the above steps have been completed. Included in this email will be information about center policies as well as a Calendly link for employees to schedule time to work out in the center. Scheduling workouts prior to visiting the center is REQUIRED until further notice.

Once the above steps have been confirmed as completed by Haley, she will send your badge information to Security to be activated. Please allow upwards of 12-24 hours for your badge to be activated.
