Summer Mixer Fitness Challenge

Starting June 3, you will have
the opportunity to win up to 4 different prizes from our ”merch” closet!
T-shirts, mouse pads, towels,
mugs, water bottles, and so much more are overflowing our merchandise room and
we want to get rid of it all!
The winners of each challenge
will get a chance to raid the closet and grab whatever they want. 1 item per challenge won
WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?
- 4 Different challenges happening all at the same time. (see
- 8 potential winners!
- Members can try as many times as they would like and can enter
all 4 challenges, if desired. Attempts must be monitored by Pat
- Participation window closes June 28
Challenge #1 – Longest Low Plank
Participants will perform a low
plank (elbows) until failure.
Challenge #2 – Most Burpees Without Stopping
Participants will perform burpees
Challenge #3 – Most Strict Pull-ups
Participants must go all the way
down and all the way up.
Challenge #4 – Fastest Mile Run
Participants will run on the treadmill. Pretty self-explanatory,
