Community Response Bureau The Community Response Bureau is organized into two separate sections: Community Liaison and Community Impact. The Community Liaison Section is comprised of the Community Liaison (North & South) Units. The Community Impact Section is comprised of PACT (Police and Community Together), High School Resource, Youth Services and Recruiting.  PACT is comprised of permanent and temporary officers to target nuisance offenses. The High School Resource Unit is comprised of the High School Resource (North & South) Units, School Investigations and Youth Services.

Crime Prevention Tips and Literature Crime prevention programs regarding block watches, security surveys, workplace violence reduction and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) are all available through the Community Liaison Section. - learn more
