Upon arrival, officers located the victim, Said Abdi Arbo M/B/21, inside the residence suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was later pronounced deceased at the scene at 9:57pm. The suspect, Hassan Abdalla M/B/20, called the radio room and advised he was on Briggs Rd., and wanted to turn himself in for the shooting. The suspect was apprehended and later charged with murder, for causing the death. of Mr. Said Arbo. The statements made by the suspect are still under review. |

The victim's name is being withheld pending identification by the Franklin County Coroner's office and notification of the next of kin. The homeowner in this incident has not been charged with a crime and is not being named at this time. The case will be investigated by the Homicide unit and ultimately referred to the Franklin County Prosecutor's office for review and any potential charges. |

F-D. was transported to a local area hospital where she is expected to recover from her injuries. The suspect, Alfred Davis Jr M/B/57, was apprehended at scene and was charged with murder and felonious assault. Initial information is that a domestic dispute led to this shooting. |

The victim's girlfriend stated they were in their vehicle at the Family Dollar, in the 1400 Block of Oakland Park Ave, when they heard a loud bang and realized the victim had been shot. The victim is expected to survive his injuries. |

Victim #2 was also transported to a local hospital and was treated and release for her injuries. During the course of the investigation a search warrant was obtained for the suspect's residence. During the execution of the search warrant victim #3 was discovered. CFD Engine #26 arrived and pronounced victim #3 deceased at 8:07am. The name of the suspect and Victim #3 are being withheld pending positive identification. |
