| Details: On April 16, 2016 at approximately 2:12 a.m., Columbus Police Officers responded to 1921 Channingway Center Dr. (Xclusive Venue Nightclub) on the report of gunshots being fired outside. Upon arrival the officers found the victim, Mr. Hawk, lying on the ground near the parking lot suffering from several gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by CFD Medic 23 to Grant Medical Center where he subsequently succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 2:54 a.m. |

| Details: On April 14, 2016 at approximately 10:42 p.m., Columbus Police Officers responded to 2477 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. (Dino's Pub and Pizza) on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival the officers found numerous people running from the establishment and a large disturbance going on inside. Officers located two victims inside, each suffering gunshot wounds. The first victim, Mr. Medley, was pronounced deceased by CFD Medic #29. |
