Officers arrived and found the victims laying on the porch at 2328 Republic Avenue, suffering from gunshot wounds. Victim #1 was transported to Grant Hospital E.R., by Mifflin Township Medic #132, and Victim #2 was transported to O.S.U. Hospital E.R., by C.F.D. Medic #16. Both victims had life threatening injuries. Victim #1 succumbed to his injuries at approximately 4:15 p.m. |

The caller also stated that they believed someone was shot in the backyard of their residence. Upon arrival, officers did locate the victim in the backyard of 753 E. Mithoff Street, who was suffering from several gunshot wounds. CFD Medic 815 arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 5:14 a.m. |

Officers arrived and found the victim laying on the ground, just east of 1859 Belcher Drive, unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased by C.F.D. Engine #24, at approximately 7:26 a.m. and it was apparent he was the victim of a homicide. |

Carmel East Hospital and was rushed into the trauma unit. At approximately 2:55 a.m. attending physicians in the trauma unit pronounced the victim, later identified as Kenneth Edward Davis, deceased. |

At approximately 2:02 a.m.. a second call was received by police stating that there was a shooting victim lying in the hallway near the front of the apartment building. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, later identified as Cody Virgil Nichols, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. CFD Medic 12 arrived at the scene and pronounced Mr. Nichols deceased at 2:10 a.m. |
