Carmel East hospital and was later pronounced dead at 1:05 p.m. Witnesses reported two black male suspects that shot the victim and drove off eastbound in a dark colored vehicle. |

Officers discovered a vehicle stopped in the area of Maynard Avenue, just west of Joyce Avenue, with one occupant suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Mifflin Township Medic 132 responded and transported the victim to an undisclosed hospital in extremely critical condition. Mr. Talley succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on Sunday, August 9, 2020, at 10:01 a.m. |
