Responding officers circulated the area and located the victim, Mr. Frank D. Westbrook, in front of 1385 Vida Way. Mr. Westbrook sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body and was pronounced deceased by Franklin Township Medic 193 at 10:54 p.m. |

| Details: On Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at approximately 10:28 p.m., patrol officers were on routine patrol when they observed a vehicle parked in the rear of 1980 Belcher Drive. The officers stopped to investigate, and located an unresponsive male victim, later identified as Mr. Roland A.V. Ridenour, inside the vehicle. Mr. Ridenour had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body and he was pronounced deceased by Clinton Township Medic 61 at 10:35 p.m. |
