On arrival, officers found a 17 year old male and Finesse Robinson, 20, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. CFD Medics 15 and 815 transported both the 17 year old and Robinson to Grant Hospital in critical condition, where the 17 year old was pronounced deceased by attending physicians at 6:15PM and Robinson was pronounced deceased at 6:24PM. |

| Details: On December 26, 2020 at 7:10 pm, Patrol officers responded to the area of 80 S. Harris Avenue to check a report of several gunshots heard and a person shot. Officers located Andrew Corey Merritt in front of 68 S. Harris Avenue suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Andrew Corey Merritt was transported to an area hospital where despite life saving measures, he was pronounced dead at 7:38 PM. |

At this time the cause of the victim’s death is unclear. The victim’s name is being withheld pending positive identification and notification of next of kin. |

CFD Medic 22 responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 6:13PM. The investigation revealed that the victim had been involved in an altercation inside 2 Reeb Ave. |

After searching the area, officers located the victim in front of 1092 S. 22nd Street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where despite life saving measures, he was pronounced dead at 5:03 AM. |

| Details: On December 16, 2020, at 9:28PM, Patrol Officers were dispatched to the area of Deewood Loop and Deewood Drive on shots being fired in the area. Upon arrival, Officers located what they believed was the Scene of the incident in the rear of 6193 Deewood Loop W. At 9:36PM, Officers were dispatched to St. Ann's Hospital on two walk-in gunshot victims that were self-transported. Upon further investigation, it was determined that these victims came from the area of the Deewood shooting incident. One victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 10:31PM by attending medical personnel. The second victim, Deacon Smith, was transported to Mt. Carmel East Hospital for treatment, where he is expected to recover from his injuries. The motive behind this incident is still unclear at this time. |

Ave. Upon arrival, Officers located both
victims, who were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a nearby
Hospital for treatment. Ms. Osjahnique
Giles succumbed to her injuires, and was pronounced at 11:30PM. The Juvenile victim is expected to recover
from his injuries. Officers were able to
locate a scene at Livingston and IR-270; however, the motive behind this
incident is still unclear. |

| Details: On December 13, 2020, at 6:17PM, Patrol received a Shotspotter notification in the area of 1851 Republic Ave. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, Ms. Jasmine Johnson, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Ms. Johnson was transported to Riverside Hospital by Mifflin Township Medic #132 in life threatening condition. Ms. Johnson later succumbed to her injury and was pronounced at 6:45pm by attending medical personnel. Witnesses indicated that an unknown person drove by the Republic Ave location and fired off multiple rounds, striking the victim. |

| Details: On 6/5/20 was involved in a physical altercation. Mr. Turner and
this other man (not positively identified) entered into a physical fight
involving fist and hands. At some point Mr. Turner went unconscious and refused
medical attention at the time of the incident. He continued to have
complications resulting from the fight and again the family summoned medical
attention and again treatment was refused. Several days later, Mr. Turner
was found unconscious outside of a residence and never regained consciousness.
He was pronounced deceased
at OSU Main on 6/23/20. |
