| Details: On Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at approximately 11:16PM Patrol officers were dispatched to 2215 Eakin Road in regards to a shooting. When the officers arrived they found the victim in the doorway of the address with gunshot wounds to the abdomen. Franklin Township Medic# 193 transported the victim to Mt. Carmel West Hospital and he expired at 4:20AM on 2-28-13. |

| Details: Advised by a telephone call from a patrol officer at the scene, that there had been a shooting victim dropped off at Mount Carmel East Hospital, located at 6001 East Broad Street. Upon his arrival, the victim, identified as TONY WALTON, was being moved from the trauma room into the operating room. Detectives observed from inside the operating room, where the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 11:08 p.m. |
