The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died. Witnesses observed a male black suspect that fired shots at the victim before getting in the passenger side of a black Chrysler 300 and fleeing east then south through the apartment complex. victim was transported to Grant Hospital by CFD Medic #18 in critical Condition. At this time, the victim is not expected to recover from his injuries. February 5, 2021, The victim of this shooting succumbed to his injuries
